Advanced Pitcher Development Camp

Dave Griffin Baseball will be having an Advanced Pitcher Development Camp at the Shop during February on Sundays from 9 am to 10 am. Shane Prance will be the lead instructor for the Sunday Advanced Pitcher Development Camp.

  • February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
  • Ages: 13 and Up
  • Time: 9 am – 10 am
  • Cost: $99.00
  • Maximum Athletes = 12 Pitchers

  • Pre-Throwing & Recovery Routine
  • Kinetic Chain Sequencing
  • Pitch Development & Design
  • Velocity Training
  • Mound Evaluation
  • Breakdown of yearly, monthly, weekly, and
  • Daily Pitcher Specific Programming
