Intermediate Pitcher Development Camp
Dave Griffin Baseball will be having an Intermediate Pitcher Development Camp at the Shop during February on Sundays from 10:15 am to 11:15 am. Shane Prance will be the lead instructor for the Sunday Intermediate Pitcher Development Camp.

- Basic Movement Assessment
- Pitcher Specific Strength and Conditioning
- Pre-Throwing & Recovery Routine
- Fundamental Pitching Mechanics Instruction
- Pitch Development
- Mound Evaluation
- Breakdown of yearly, monthly, weekly, and Daily Pitcher Specific Programming
