Dave Griffin Baseball will be hosting a Core Pitching Fundamentals Camp at the Shop During the month of February.  Focus will be on  Arm Care and Band Work, Warm Up and Recovery Routine, Throwing Mechanics, Proper use of Lower Half, Velocity Training, Pitch Grips, and Controlling the Running Game
